Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the www.findify.live website and the Findify mobile application (the "Service") operated by Findify ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
1. Our Service
Findify provides an online platform that connects users seeking local services ("Users") with businesses and service professionals ("Service Providers"). We act as a neutral facilitator to help you discover, compare, and connect with Service Providers. We are not a direct provider of the services listed on our platform.
2. User Accounts
- To use certain features of our Service, you may be required to register for an account.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your password.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate.
3. Payments, Fees, and Charges
- Certain services on the Findify platform may require payment, such as booking a Service Provider or promoting a business listing.
- All payments made through the Findify platform are processed by a third-party payment gateway, Razorpay Software Private Limited.
- We do not collect or store your sensitive payment details like credit card numbers, CVV, or full banking information. This information is securely transmitted directly to Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS compliant.
- You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes (including but not limited to GST) incurred by you or anyone using an account registered to you.
- All prices listed on the platform are in Indian Rupees (INR).
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
For Users:
Cancellations for a booked service must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original mode of payment. No refunds will be issued for services that have already been rendered.
For Service Providers:
Fees paid for subscriptions or listing promotions are non-refundable.
In case of a dispute between a User and a Service Provider regarding service quality or delivery, Findify may mediate but is not liable for providing a refund on behalf of the Service Provider.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Post false, misleading, or inaccurate information.
- Violate any local, state, national, or international law.
- Harass, abuse, or harm another person.
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
- We do not endorse or guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided by the Service Providers listed on our platform.
- In no event shall Findify, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, resulting from your use of the Service.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Findify and its licensors.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jalandhar, Punjab.

10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 15 days' notice before any new terms take effect.
